Refund Policy — RAMScribe

Why RAMS documents are non-refundable once generated

RAMScribe delivers your document immediately: as soon as payment completes, your RAMS is generated and available to download. Because the value is delivered in full, in seconds, paid documents are non-refundable once they've been generated, in the same way a downloaded PDF or digital file typically isn't refundable elsewhere.

You can try before you pay: the first document is free, and you can review the guided process and preview your document before deciding to pay for any further ones.

When you ARE entitled to a refund

• Payment taken, but no document was delivered — for example, a technical failure meant generation didn't complete after you paid. Contact us and we'll refund or regenerate at no charge, your choice.
• Duplicate or accidental charge — if you're charged twice for the same document by mistake.
• Anything required by law — nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under UK consumer law that can't be excluded by agreement.

How to request one

Email info@ramscribe.co.uk with your order reference (from your Paddle receipt) and what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) back to your original payment method, and can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank/card provider.

Free regeneration isn't a refund, and you don't need one for this

If you're not happy with a generated document's content, you don't need a refund — use the free "Regenerate" option to revise the whole document or any section, as many times as you like, at no extra charge. This is included with every purchase.
